Return & Exchange Policy

• Return Period: Within 7 days of receiving the product

• Eligibility Conditions:

  • Damaged packaging or abnormal appearance upon arrival

  • Allergic reactions or discomfort after use (with photo or medical proof)

  • Product does not match the order

  • Must provide original order number and proof of purchase

How to Request a Return or Exchange

Step 1: Submit Your Request

2. Navigate to “My Orders”

3. Select the order and click “Request a Return”

4. Fill in the reason and upload any supporting documents or images

5. Submit your request and wait for review

Phone Request
Call our support team at 020-0000-0000, provide your order number and reason. Our staff will assist you with the process.

Step 2: Wait for Approval

Our customer service team will review your request within 1–2 business days.
Once approved, you’ll receive a return authorization and return address via email or SMS.

Step 3: Return the Product

• Carefully pack the item(s) along with the original packaging, invoice, and return authorization form

• Ship to the provided return address (keep your tracking number for reference)

Step 4: Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect the returned items, refunds will be issued within 3–5 business days.
Refunds will be returned to your original payment method. Processing time may vary based on your bank or payment platform.

Important Notes

• For returns due to personal preferences (non-quality issues), shipping costs will be covered by the customer

• If the return is due to a product issue or shipping error, Guangzhou Bochang Pharmaceutical will cover the return shipping

• We do not accept returns of heavily used or opened items that cannot be resold. Thank you for understanding.
